WHAT WE PROVIDE

• Consistent Lead Flow: Receive 1-3 live transfer leads daily directly to your phone from our exclusive Zillow Flex, Open Door, and Redfin partnerships.
• AI-Powered Tech Stack: Our custom, AI-integrated CRM automates client communication with automatic text messages and emails. It also provides smart alerts, telling you which clients to focus on and which to nurture.
• Business Development: We offer twice-weekly in-office trainings and meetings, as well as one-on-one sessions with your dedicated Growth Partner to help you scale your business.
• Full-Service Support: Our in-house team handles the busywork. We have our own  Transaction Coordinators to manage your deals and an  in-house escrow company to ensure a seamless closing process. It's truly a one-stop shop for your entire business.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Full-Time Licensed Real Estate Agents. (No Part-Time)
• Agents who embrace technology and use it to their advantage
• You've closed 3 or more deals in the last 12months, or if you're a new agent, you must show that you're eager to learn and put in the work!

COMPENSATION

At ehomes, your earnings are only limited by your drive. By following our systems and leveraging the lead opportunities we provide, you can earn a Gross Commission Income of $80,000 to $250,000+per year.

We offer two clear paths to success:

1. Bring in your own deals and get a higher commission split.
2. Supplement your business with our exclusive leads.

All of this comes with NO UPFRONT LEAD FEES, NO MONTHLY FEES, NO TECH FEES, NO FRANCHISE FEES, NO YEARLY FEES!

$80,000 - $250,000 yearly

What We Expect:

• List and Sell Residential Real Estate: Showcase your expertise in listing and selling homes, guiding clients through every step of the process.
• Negotiate Purchase Agreements and Contracts: Skillfully negotiate terms that align with the interests of both buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Provide a Strong Listing Value Proposition: Prepare and deliver compelling listing presentations that highlight the unique value you bring to sellers.
• Consult and Guide Clients: Offer expert advice and guidance throughout the real estate transaction process, ensuring clients are well-informed and confident in their decisions.
• Work Hard for Clients: Dedicate yourself fully to clients, and enjoy the rewards that come from their satisfaction and success.

• Must have an Active Real Estate License.
• Must reside in or around the Downey, CA office to attend training and meetings.
• Willingness to engage in a 1-week training program designed for success.
• A team-oriented mindset, where knowledge-sharing is encouraged.
• Enthusiasm to work in a dynamic and energetic atmosphere.
• Full-time (No Part-time) availability to both buyers and sellers as leads come in.
