Position Overview We\'re looking for a Paid Ads Manager to lead our paid media strategy and execution, with a strong emphasis on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). This role goes beyond managing campaigns. It requires someone who thrives in a leadership position, owns performance outcomes, and is committed to continuous improvement through data, audits, and process refinement. You\'ll play a key role in developing people, systems, and strategy to scale results for our home service clients. Design full-funnel ad strategies aligned with client goals, market trends, and business outcomes. Guide internal strategy sessions, pitch innovative solutions, and ensure cross-departmental alignment. Mentor and manage a growing team of analysts; hold regular 121s, provide coaching, and track progress toward goals. Conduct internal campaign audits to ensure best practices are followed and identify gaps or inefficiencies. Establish and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and QA protocols to drive consistency and team performance. Oversee campaign implementation and ongoing optimization, including ad copy, targeting, bidding, and creative testing. Continuously monitor budgets and pacing, ensuring effective spend and ROI across all active accounts. Troubleshoot and resolve underperformance quickly with structured testing and insight-driven changes. Build and deliver clear, actionable reporting dashboards and performance recaps for both internal teams and clients. Lead regular performance reviews and audits to evaluate what\'s working, what\'s not, and what\'s next. Use data to fuel iterative improvements and proactively identify areas for innovation. Champion a culture of continuous improvement Lead quarterly audits across platforms and processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Collaborate with leadership to refine internal systems, tool usage, and campaign QA checkpoints. Qualifications & Core Competencies 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns, with deep expertise in Meta Ads. Previous experience leading or mentoring a high-performing team, ideally in an agency setting. Strong understanding of customer funnels, lead gen strategy, attribution modeling, and optimization levers. Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign performance tools. Excellent communicator, confident in presenting strategies and outcomes to clients and internal stakeholders. Leadership: Ability to inspire, mentor, and grow a results-driven team. Strategic Thinking: Sees the big picture and connects day-to-day actions to long-term growth. Operational Rigor: Builds systems, standards, and processes that support scale and performance. Analytical Mindset: Uses data to make decisions, spot trends, and tell meaningful performance stories. Continuous Improvement: Proactively audits, tests, and refines to keep pushing for better outcomes.
