Role- Associate Art Director – Social & Brand Transformation

Location- Reynoldsburg, OH 43068- On-site work

Duration- 12 Month Contract with possible Extension.

Pay rate- $60/h on W2.

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for building culture-shaping, scroll-stopping content? We’re looking for an Associate Art Director to join a rapidly growing creative team driving a major brand transformation .

This is not a maintenance role. It’s a chance to define a new visual language, lead high-impact shoots, and produce best-in-class creative across social and digital channels.

What You’ll Do

• Concept and execute social-first campaigns , from idea → shoot → final content.
• Help build a new brand visual identity across platforms.
• Direct and collaborate with designers, editors, photographers, and production partners.
• Lead and support campaign shoots and on-set creative direction.
• Produce elevated video, photo, and motion content that stands out in culture.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in creative, content, or art direction.
• Strong background in social campaigns , brand storytelling, and visual content.
• Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, retail , or creative agency spaces.
• A refined, culturally aware aesthetic and editorial sensibility.
• Hands-on craft skills: Adobe Creative Suite , editing tools, and motion (After Effects a plus).
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving, creative environment.
• Must be comfortable working 100% onsite and being present for shoots & team sessions.
