Required Skills and Experience Two years of previous administrative office experience required Previous experience in insurance a strong plus, yet not required if you have solid office skills and administrative experience Strong communications skills – written, verbal, and listening Decision making ability Detail-oriented Self‑motivated Enthusiastic about the opportunity to build a career in the insurance profession Key Responsibilities Ability to work independently Answer phone calls and advise accordingly Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service Effectively utilize agency resources and follow agency standard processes to make policy changes, answer policy and billing questions, and perform other duties to support agency work flow Diagnose customer issues at a foundational level and provide solutions, ensuring that agency guidelines are being followed while also balancing the needs of the client Assist Agency Principal with administrative processes What We Offer
