Job Description

Overview: This position will serve as a supportive role within Butler Machinery performing various tasks related to the operations of the Finance department.

Responsibilities:

• Supports multiple departments with various projects.
• Assists with finance submittals, credit approvals, and Finance doc signing.
• Performs UCC lien searches and contacts banks and finance institutions to acquire blanket releases. Also files UCC's and terminates UCC's when needed.
• Maintains a spreadsheet of current contracts and leases to assure all UCC filings are up to date.
• Supports the sales team with relationship development with the customer and Finance department.
• Supports other key projects within the Finance department
• Works within and promotes vision, mission, and values of BMC
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Candidates who are working towards a degree in Finance or other related major in college preferred.
• Computer skills essential with experience in Power-Point and Excel required.
• Position would require a minimum of 10 to 15 hours per week during the school year, potentially 30 to 40 hours outside of the school year.
