Hourly: $16/hour + flat-rate commission
Contractor: Uncapped commission of 30-60%

Job Description: Safe Tax is hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Seasonal Tax Preparers! No prior experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure you’re confident and successful in preparing tax returns.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with clients, have strong attention to detail, and are eager to learn a valuable skill in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare individual tax returns accurately and efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service while assisting clients with their tax needs.
Educate clients on their returns and answer any related questions.
Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
Manage client files and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications:
No prior tax experience required – we provide training!
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer skills.
