• Accurately diagnose and repair cell phone issues with precision, ensuring top-notch service and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver outstanding service by addressing customer questions, providing expert advice, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Actively promote and sell additional products or services, helping drive business growth.
• Collaborate seamlessly with team members, fostering a supportive environment that aligns with shared goals and values.

• Proven experience in cell phone repair or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate. 
• Strong interest in consumer electronics and a passion for staying updated with the latest technology. 
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions. 
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and a high level of execution in all tasks. 
• Demonstrated humility and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
