  • Collaborate with Music Partnerships and Licensing to understand the needs of all the stakeholders on our music platform, to advocate for and explain new policies, and to listen to and incorporate feedback.
  • Partner with Data Science and Music Economics to deeply understand platform trends and the potential impact of various policy decisions.
Who You Are

  • You have a deep passion for technology, love getting into the weeds of technical solutions, and have experience working closely with engineering
  • You have passion for creating a more rewarding, fairer experience for artists and songwriters around the world. You love music.
  • You're comfortable diving deep into spreadsheets, talking to technical teams, mapping out complex incentive systems, and sweating the details.
