Job Description: Escape Ensemble Consulting is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Work From Home Reservationist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling reservations, bookings, and inquiries from clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the reservation process.

Responsibilities:

1. Reservation Management: Process travel reservations, including flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and other travel-related services, according to client preferences and specifications.

2. Booking Coordination: Coordinate bookings with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other travel suppliers to secure the best available options for clients while adhering to their travel preferences and budget.

3. Client Communication: Communicate with clients via phone, email, and live chat to assist with booking inquiries, provide travel recommendations, and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

4. Reservation Modifications: Handle changes or modifications to existing reservations, including flight changes, hotel room upgrades, itinerary adjustments, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with clients and suppliers.

5. Payment Processing: Process payments for reservations, collect deposits, and manage invoicing and billing in accordance with company policies and procedures.

6. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client reservations, bookings, payments, and correspondence in our reservation system or CRM platform.

7. Travel Assistance: Provide clients with essential travel information, including visa requirements, travel restrictions, health and safety guidelines, and destination-specific advice to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

8. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving issues or concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the reservation process.

Qualifications:
