What you will be Doing in this Position Plans, implements and monitors the day-to-day operations for the Division's warehousing Function. Manages assigned staff, including involvement in the recruitment and selection process of new employees, assigning work, providing training and development. Periodically audits operational procedures and programs related to shipping and receiving and implements necessary improvements to achieve expectations Develops, audits and controls department budget and ensures that operational costs are within plan. Supervises, through subordinate management, approximately 50 to 70 employees, including hourly staff. Required Skills BS Degree or equivalent Experience 7 years of progressively responsible experience in warehousing operations involving multi temperature environment with receiving, inventory control and shipping and 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience.
