Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a passionate and skilled Software Design Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Software Design Engineer, you will be integral part of the team. Job Title: Software Design Engineer

Location: Redmond, WA - Onsite

Pay Range: $70.09 - $77.10 on Experis W2 (Benefits and PTO)

Hard skills:
1. C# Development – Minimum 8 years.
2. Data Processing & Telemetry Systems – Minimum 5 years.
3. KQL / Kusto Query Language – Minimum 2 years (preferred, not mandatory).

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot software issues, providing effective solutions.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment and maintenance.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in software development, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages and development tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development best practices.
