Job Title: Service Management Consultant
Location : Austin, TX
Travel :25%

Key Responsibilities - Analyze and evaluate IT service management processes, including Capacity, Availability, Event Management, Knowledge Management, Refresh, and Currency, to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze and evaluate IT remote desktop support processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop strategies to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to recommend process improvements.
- Review Data from multiple sources to identify trends for improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement best practices for IT service management to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and IT service management.
- As required, provide extended onsite hand-on support for Network services.
- On occasion, travel and collaborate with Service Management and Command Center teams in Austin, TX.
Required Skills - Strong knowledge of IT service management processes, including Capacity, Availability, Event Management, Knowledge Management, Refresh, and Currency.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
- Associate degree in IT Services. Preferred Qualifications:
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Knowledge of IT outsourcing and managed services.
