Our state-of-the-art workshop and expert goldsmiths are visible so you can watch how jewelry is being created start to finish. Services range from custom design to meticulous repairs. Our showroom is the largest in the region with an incredible collection of diamonds, engagement rings, bands, fashion designers and Swiss made watches as well as our own Jewelry Design Center collection made in house. Job Description:

As a Service and Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service while promoting our jewelry products and services. You will assist customers with their jewelry needs, managing repairs and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting customers with their jewelry needs in-store and over the phone.

· Offer expert advice on jewelry maintenance and repair.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and store policies.

Assist with product repairs, sizing, and other after-sales services.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.

· Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.

· Keep the store organized, clean, and well-stocked, ensuring displays are attractive and inviting.

Support promotional events and store initiatives to increase foot traffic and sales.

Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or retail is a plus.

· Previous experience in customer service, or retail is preferred, especially in the luxury or jewelry industry.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Basic knowledge of jewelry products, trends, and materials is a plus.

· Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

· Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

· Ability to work well in a team and independently.

· Availability to work flexible hours, including events and weekends.
