Job Title: Senior Accountant

Position Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Accounting and Finance professional to lead and support critical functions across financial reporting, segment analysis, budgeting, and forecasting . This role is ideal for a highly analytical individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual lender reporting packages

• Take ownership of financial statement preparation , including MD&A commentary and key performance metric reporting

• Lead or assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles in partnership with senior leadership

• Manage intercompany transactions and oversee segment-level financial reporting

• Collaborate with operations and executive teams to deliver data-driven financial insights

• Drive the continuous improvement of accounting systems, financial processes, and internal controls

• Support audit readiness and act as a liaison with external auditors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance , or a related discipline ( CPA preferred , but not required)

• 4–10 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial planning & analysis (FP&A), ideally within real estate, construction, or capital-intensive industries

• Experience with lender reporting, segment-level financials , and capital-driven business models

• Strong command of GAAP and financial reporting standards

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling); familiarity with Yardi, Sage Intacct, or similar ERP/accounting systems is a plus

• Proven ability to excel in high-accountability, fast-moving environments

• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong team-oriented mindset
