Heat Tech Industrial (HTI) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Scaffold Leadman to join our team. As a Scaffold Leadman, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our Scaffolding services. Responsibilities - Supervise and lead a team of scaffolders, assigning tasks and providing guidance
- Plan and prepare scaffolds in accordance with project requirements
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure scaffolds are erected and dismantled in a safe and timely manner
- Monitor and maintain scaffold inventory, ordering materials as needed
- Train new scaffolders and provide ongoing training for existing team members
Requirements - Construction industry experience is a must
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with both cuplock and ringlock
- Strong knowledge of scaffold construction and safety regulations
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and engineered scaffold designs
- MSHA/OSHA 10 minimum
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
- Valid scaffolding certification (e.g. CISRS)
- Must possess a valid drivers license and have a clean record
- Preference given to US Citizens
- This is a physically demanding job, role requires reaching, lifting 40 pounds or more, bending, squatting. Work will be both indoors and outdoors.
