GyanSys is seeking an SAP SD/ VC Consultant for a contract role involving travel to Nashville, TN.

Key Responsibilities:

• A confident, eager engineer with the drive to develop a deep understanding of client’s customer engagement vision and strategy by engaging with key stake holders and process owners
• A relationship builder that knows how to present ideas and collaborate on solutions with team members, business users, and managers throughout the customer engagement organization – sales, order entry, warranty, marketing, trade compliance, and after-sales support
• A technical writer who can capture and articulate actionable technical requirements and can define what it will take to execute on those requirements
• An experienced business analyst with familiarity in pricing functions including Price Waterfall, Pricing conditions, and Quotes and the processes for maintaining them in SAP and connected systems
• A team leader who can lead complex, cross-business unit, cross-platform programs and projects critical to business success from start to finish including scoping, solutioning, deployment, testing, training, change management, communication, and measuring business value
• A seasoned contributor who has participated in the complete systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering, configuration development, testing, deploying, training and post launch support
• A respectful observer who can gather and document systems and process requirements through meetings, workshops, site visits, and job shadowing
• A thorough producer who can create and maintain documentation and process maps on customer engagement business processes and projects
• A critical thinker who uses continuous improvement skills such as process mapping, A3 development, and value stream mapping to drive for incremental improvements in all processes
• A trusted adviser who can identify gaps and provide solution recommendations to effectively bridge the gap between people, process, and technology

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Business management preferred, with 5+ years related work experience.
• Work related experience should include experience as a senior business analyst
• Expertise in design and configuration of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module, SAP SD Pricing, Variant Configuration and SAP S4Hana
• Experience with SAP SD user exits for sales order, delivery, billing etc.
• Experience with SAP Billing, Consumer Payments (Credit Cards, BNPL, ApplePay, etc), Vistex, Salesforce preferred
• Experience with SAP BTP - Business Technology Platform and Fiori Apps highly desired
