The Kitchen manager will provide leadership and guidance to hourly staff in specific areas of the restaurant during scheduled shifts. the Kitchen Manager must be able to perform all job functions of each crew position.

Kramer's Kitchen Manager is a leader for the restaurant and is responsible for performance based on brand standards. In addition, they will be accountable for driving guest experience, maintaining a hospitality-focused culture for internal and external guests, and developing a team of thoughtful team members.

Job Duties:

• Direct and supervise employees while executing and maintaining Ensemble standards and operational excellence
• Support the management team in all aspects of operations
• Model hospitality and excellent guest experiences instilling service standards for the team
• Expedite food and ensure order accuracy
• Actively coach and counsel employees to include documentation when appropriate
• Ensure effective Back-of-house scheduling so that staffing needs are met, and labor costs are controlled
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to execute safety and sanitation standards
• Other duties as assigned

You'll ideally have at least a year's experience at executing under pressure in a high-volume, full service environment.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred
2. High energy and stamina. Able to work within a fast-paced, highly mobile environment
3. Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day
4. Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
5. Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure
6. Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and some holidays
7. Able to perform essential functions and demonstrate competencies to company standards with reasonable accommodation
8. Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location
