The Whitney Team at First Team Real Estate is seeking a full-time Buyer’s Agent who is enterprising, coachable, and ready to expand. Whether you’re newer to the industry and eager to build momentum, or a steady producer ready to move beyond 3–5 deals annually, this opportunity provides the systems, mentorship, and constant buyer lead flow you need to thrive.

As a Buyer’s Agent, you’ll receive a steady stream of opportunities through our advanced lead generation and scoring systems, along with proven scripts, accountability, and a clear blueprint for $100K+ income. $100,000+

• Follow up and prospect for buyers and conduct buyer consultations, property showings, and open houses with professionalism and client focus
• Respond quickly to inbound leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the transaction
• Write, present, and negotiate offers with support from the team as needed
• Follow up consistently and accurately in Follow Up Boss CRM;
• Participate in weekly accountability meetings, script practice, and team/brokerage trainings

• Active California Real Estate Salesperson License (required)
• Full-time commitment to real estate (no part-time agents)
• 1+ year of real estate or sales experience preferred, but motivated new agents will be considered
• Familiarity with Orange County market trends and neighborhoods a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and team members
• Coachable, driven, and willing to follow proven systems and accountability standards
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation
