What You’ll Do:

• Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in residential and commercial transactions
• Guide clients through showings, listing appointments, negotiations, and closings
• Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, and marketing tools
• Utilize Century 21’s tech suite, CRM, and national platforms to grow your business
• Stay current on local market conditions, pricing trends, and real estate laws
• Deliver exceptional client service and build lifelong relationships

Requirements:

• Active Louisiana Real Estate License (or in progress) preferred, but we can assist you in obtaining your license.
• Coachable, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help people
• Strong interpersonal, time-management, and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and a willingness to attend in-person appointments
• Familiarity with the New Orleans area is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $1,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 80 per week
