Public Works Project Manager

Key Requirements:
Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
6–15 years of post-graduate experience in civil engineering, with an emphasis on public works projects (water, wastewater, stormwater, paving).
Proven experience managing multi-phase, multi-discipline projects from planning through completion.
Strong leadership and team management skills, including mentoring engineers, graduate engineers, and technical staff.
Experience coordinating with clients, review agencies, and consultants to ensure compliance and project success.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple concurrent projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience providing quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) feedback on plans, calculations, and specifications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to represent the company in business development activities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to complete complex, multi-step tasks.
Knowledge of local regulations, permitting processes, and municipal procedures relevant to public works projects.
