Production Manager - High-Tech Offset Printing

Salary: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee multi-shift print production operations to ensure optimal efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to streamline workflow, maximize output, and minimize waste.
• Develop and mentor the production team, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and top performance.
• Enhance press utilization by optimizing processes and maintaining stringent quality controls.
• Collaborate with senior management to enact strategic initiatives aimed at bolstering our standing as an industry leader in high-quality offset printing.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in a high-volume offset printing environment.
• Strong expertise in deploying process improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a multi-shift production team.
• Commitment to maintaining high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other related field.
• Previous experience in a production role at a similar-sized or larger facility.
• Strong technical knowledge of high-tech offset printing machinery and operations.
• Experience in a related industry such as packaging or containers manufacturing.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
