Primary Care Physician (Bilingual Chinese/New Graduates Welcome)

A growing primary care practice in Parkville, Maryland, is seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician who is fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) . The physician will provide compassionate, comprehensive outpatient care to a diverse patient population, with a focus on serving the local Chinese-speaking community.

Key Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive outpatient internal medicine or family medicine services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness evaluation.
Perform thorough patient assessments , order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
Coordinate care with specialists, nurses, and allied healthcare providers to ensure optimal outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Provide culturally competent care , ensuring effective communication with Chinese-speaking patients and families.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical meetings, and continuing education programs.
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine .
Maryland medical license (or eligibility to obtain one).
Fluency in Chinese - Mandarin or Cantonese (spoken required; written preferred).
Experience in outpatient or community primary care settings preferred.
Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Epic, eClinicalWorks).
