Seeking a Strong Manufacturing Controller
Our manufacturing client is looking for a proactive Plant Controller to manage their comprehensive Plant Financial Processes, emphasizing Cost Strategy & Reporting, Pricing, and the overall Financial Performance of the facility. Candidates must have experience in Standard cost environments and Variance Analysis. This position is high-profile and independent, with no direct reports. The ideal applicant should have at least 7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing. Proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills are crucial for this role. Plant Controller
Near Warren County, NJ

Salary: up to $130,000 to $140,000

Duties:

• Manage FP&A Processes (forecasting, planning, budget, and variances)
• Manage Cost Accounting, Material Cost, and Expense Reporting
• Manage Pricing strategies
• Maintain Internal Controls and SOX Compliance of accounting processes
• Oversee Asset Management and Capital Project Tracking
• Identify Cost Saving and Process Improvement opportunities
• Review Standardized Product Costing and Perform Costing Analysis
• Analyze Profit Trends
• Process in-depth Variance Analysis
• Educate Plant Personnel on key cost drivers
• Recommend Manufacturing strategies

Required:

• Manufacturing experience is required
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• At least 7 yrs of Finance or FP&A experience
• Advanced Excel, required
• CMA’s, highly preferred
