Basic Requirements:
Education: Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
AND
Experience: At least two years of experience working as a psychiatrist in a mental health setting
Current License or Certification:
Valid/Active State Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine License in state which practice needs are posted in the job title (TN, AL, MS, NC, LA, KY, AR, and/or IN)
Valid/Active DEA Number for state which practice needs are posted in the job title (TN, AL, MS, NC, LA, KY, AR, and/or IN)
Valid/Active Board Certification in Psychiatry
Willingness to seek additional state licenses/DEA numbers
