Currently, we are primarily servicing the pediatric population between the ages of 3 and 17 years old. However, with continued growth, we are looking to expand our services to treat patients throughout the lifespan. Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The chosen candidate will work in a home health setting primarily with pediatric patients, providing personalized and effective physical therapy services. If you are more interested in a full-time position, we would love to discuss the opportunity with you!

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients' physical therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific goals.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide ongoing evaluation and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Provide supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants.

Qualifications:

  • Active Arizona State Physical Therapist License.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Article 9 Certification
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Article 9 Certification
