Hours: Monday - Friday

Job Summary

The purpose of this role is to oversee and manage key customer relationships between LinPepCo and its Foodservice accounts, selling the full line of cold drink products, Township 9 Coffee products, and NIBC services (equipment leasing/water filtration/preventive maintenance programs).

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Call on prospective accounts, both local and national in scope
• Initiate new customer setup
• Coordinate equipment installation with Service Departments in both new and existing accounts
• Monitor customer satisfaction and control major contractual obligations on a day-to-day basis with existing accounts
• Present promotional opportunities to accounts and prospects
• Place merchandising point of sale (menu boards, banners, backdrops, etc.) in accounts
• Create equipment sales and leasing quotes for NIBC
• Perform other duties as necessary

Job Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver's license
• Knowledge of general sales, account management, and marketing techniques
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
• Basic knowledge of computers and tablets
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, and judgment and decision making
• Skills in organizing and prioritizing work and tasks
• Ability to provide attention to detail
• Ability to work with others
• Ability to synthesize information, including numerical data from multiple sources, and filter it to the appropriate individuals
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to communicate objectives to customers
• Ability to understand electrical/plumbing terminology and application

Work Environment and Equipment

Work generally takes place in an office setting with regular, frequent travel to customer accounts. Individuals must be able to use general office equipment, including a tablet or PC.
