Responsibilities
• Build and cultivate relationships through networking, referrals, and community engagement
• Attend qualified, pre-set sales appointments provided by our appointment-setting team
• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to present solutions for impact windows, doors, and roofing
• Educate customers on product benefits, financing options, and long-term value
• Close deals with professionalism and integrity
• Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales activity
Requirements:
• Proven sales experience (home improvement, construction, or related industries preferred)
• Fluent in English & Spanish (bilingual required)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Open-minded, eager to learn, and coachable
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Based in Miami, Florida, with travel to surrounding areas
