Position Overview:

Syntes AI is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Specialist with 1-5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in advancing our marketing strategies, helping to promote our innovative solutions, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively across departments to create and implement effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and manage high-quality content and promotional materials for various marketing channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Social Media Management: Optimize content for search engines, manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, and develop strategies to increase online visibility and drive targeted traffic.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • SEO & SEM: Optimize content for search engines and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase visibility and drive traffic.
  • Lead Generation: Support the development and execution of data-driven lead generation strategies to attract, convert, and nurture prospects.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and development teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company objectives and customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different audiences.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
