Network Cabling Technician
As a Structured Cabling Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing cable infrastructure in a low voltage environment . The ideal candidate will be able to meet the physical demands of the worksite as well as provide excellent customer service. Performing maintenance on existing cabling systems. Testing newly installed or relocated cables according to company specifications. Identifying and removing redundant cabling
JOB SUMMARY
The Technician will be responsible for the proper installation, maintenance and optimal performance of equipment associated with Surveillance and Access Control, Audio/Visual Systems, Cabling Services, Wireless system, and related applications.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience installing low voltage special systems and/or data infrastructure for medium and large commercial projects
- ES3J/ES7J License Desired
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, and vehicle liability insurance
- Understanding of basic customer relationship management
- Have good working knowledge of low voltage special systems and data infrastructure installation practices
