Phaxis Education is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a wonderful school district near Yelm, WA. This full-time role includes supervising 7 BCBA Assistants and collaborating with teachers and staff to improve student outcomes. The district is known for its supportive environment and student-centered focus.

Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor 7 BCBA Assistants
Conduct FBAs and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Train and coach teachers and staff in behavior strategies
Collect and analyze data to track progress
Collaborate with IEP teams, families, and administrators

Requirements

Active BCBA certification
Experience in school settings preferred
Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
