In the Role

• Effectively manage multiple tasks and adapt to the dynamic requirements of the role, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Surpass customer expectations through ease of access, empathy, and encouragement, achieving results that align with individual and branch objectives.
• Establish new connections and maintain existing ones by engaging with customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle, offering tailored solutions based on their specific needs.
• Oversee the lifecycle of loans, including collection activities, while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and collaborate with other departments through various technological channels, such as phone, email, chat, and our internal systems.
• Show a strong passion for achievement, demonstrating an internal drive to succeed and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Clearly educate and inform customers about optional insurance products, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of their loans, terms, and available options.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred:

• Experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service.
• Bilingual - Spanish.

The position is onsite during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, with potential extended hours during the week and Saturday as needed.
