In the Role

• Effectively multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy, and encouragement, delivering results related to individual and branch goals.

• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by engaging with customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle, presenting tailored solutions based on their needs.

• Manage the entire lifecycle of loans, including collection activities, while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and collaborate with other departments through various technological channels, including phone, email, chat, and our in-house systems.
• Exhibit passion for achievement, bringing an internal drive to succeed and a goal-oriented attitude.

• Clearly educate and inform customers about optional insurance products, ensuring a thorough understanding of loans, terms, and their options.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred:

• Experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service.
• Bilingual - Spanish.

Location: On-site.

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday.

Target base salary range is $19-$22.50, based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program based on individual and company performance.
