The target base salary range is $17.00-$20.00, determined by various factors including skills and work experience. Additionally, this role is eligible for a competitive compensation program based on individual and company performance.

In the Role

• Effectively multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and encouragement, delivering results related to individual and branch goals.
• Develop and maintain connections by engaging customers throughout the loan process and presenting tailored solutions based on their needs.
• Manage the entire life cycle of loans, including collections, while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers across multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat, and our in-house systems.
• Demonstrate passion for achievement with a strong internal drive and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Clearly educate and inform customers about optional insurance products, ensuring they understand the loans, terms, and their options.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred:

• Experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service.

This position is on-site. The schedule is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday.
