Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Warehouse Associate for our Rental Division. As a Loader/Unloader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient handling of products. Your primary responsibilities will include driving company trucks to designated areas within the facility to unload soiled products and load clean uniforms, floor mats, and additional customer products onto trucks based on designated customer routes.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to designated areas in the facility for unloading of soiled products.
• Load clean uniforms, floor mats, and additional customer products onto trucks based on customer routes.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed standards for the quantity and quality of products loaded and unloaded.

Essential Skills

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to adhere to attendance policy.
• Comfortable working in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
• Comfortable with exposure to hot or cold temperatures and elements.
• Willingness to handle soiled materials or those with pungent odors using appropriate protective equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in general labor, unloading, loading, and assembly is beneficial.

Work Environment

The work environment is climate-controlled but may have drafts from open doors. You will occasionally need to go inside and outside the facility to get vehicles. The nature of the work requires handling materials that may be soiled or have strong odors, but appropriate protective equipment is provided.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
