Licensed Insurance Agent Retention & Growth Focus

Are you an experienced insurance professional ready to take your career to the next level? Were looking for a Licensed Insurance Agent who knows Allstate policies inside and out and thrives in building long-term customer relationships.

This role is all about helping clients stay protected, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and driving retention while being part of a supportive, forward-thinking team.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Retain and grow existing accounts through proactive communication and coverage reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell Allstate products that add value to customers lives.
  • Collaborate with the team to hit sales and retention goals while sharing best practices.
  • Stay current on Allstate products, processes, and compliance standards.
Requirements

What Were Looking For:

  • Active Property & Casualty license (Life/Health required within 6 months).
  • Proven track record in retention, cross-selling, and customer engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of Allstate policies, systems, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working in CRM and insurance platforms.
