Blinke Beauty Bar is a luxury boutique Lash + Brow salon located in Saint Paul, Minnesota. We are seeking 1–2 experienced Estheticians to join our high-performing team of stylists. We are looking for motivated, upbeat, and passionate service providers who are committed to excellence. Delivering an elevated client experience is our top priority, so exceptional customer service is a must.

This is a W2 employment position with performance-based pay. We offer ongoing training, mentoring, and coaching. Compensation includes hourly pay, with commission opportunities once sales thresholds are met. Evenings and weekends are required. A strong team-player mentality is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each client enjoys a premium experience
• Perform esthetic services including lash extensions, facials, waxing, and more
• Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
• Utilize social media to promote services, showcase work, and engage with the community
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices
• Adhere to all licensing requirements and professional regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:
