The International Project Manager will be an invaluable team member for the International Team, managing a variety of projects and processes as MaryRuth's continues to expand internationally and establish MaryRuth's products in the global market. This role will assist in scoping requirements and procedures for onboarding new international distributors and eCommerce marketplaces, will support the implementation and optimization of team flow for sales, regulatory procedures, order fulfillment, reporting, and team meeting structures, and will facilitate the ongoing relationships with a wide variety of distributors and marketplaces. The International Project Manager will report directly to the International Sales Director and will work closely with the Director to connect strategy and implementation for new and ongoing projects. This is a full-time (40 hr/wk), salary-exempt, paid, remote position. The ideal candidate would be able to work EST or CST hours. The compensation range for this role is $80,000 to $85,000 USD/year.
