Description Description LRS Architects is seeking a curious, motivated, and design forward Interior Designer to join our Senior Living and Multi-family housing teams . This is a great opportunity for a talented design professional looking to contribute meaningfully while continuing to build technical and leadership skills within a collaborative, people-first firm. In this role, you’ll support the full project lifecycle—from design concept through construction documentation. You’ll work alongside project managers, design leads, consultants, and client teams to bring thoughtful interior environments to life. What You’ll Do Support project execution through clear, timely communication with the internal team, clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies. Assist in producing, coordinating, and refining design documentation and drawing sets using Revit. Help ensure project objectives align with scope, schedule, and budget, and support Design Leads in tracking progress. Manage your time effectively and meet deadlines with foresight and flexibility. Contribute to a strong team culture of accountability, mentorship, and continuous learning. Participate in construction administration activities as needed.
