About the Role
As our Insurance & Billing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping our patients navigate their dental benefits and feel confident about their care. You’ll work closely with insurance companies, process claims, and assist with billing questions and financial arrangements—always with a focus on kindness, accuracy, and professionalism.
No dental experience? No problem! We can train the right candidate—we’re looking for someone with strong character, great communication skills, and a desire to be part of something special.

An individual who is detail-oriented and eager to learn
Experience in dental insurance or billing is a plus—but not required
High school diploma or equivalent required
What You’ll Do
Help patients understand and maximize their insurance benefits
Submit and follow up on dental insurance claims
Process payments and manage outstanding balances
Assist with financial arrangements and billing statements
Ensure accurate records and daily deposits
Collaborate with our business team to support smooth operations
