RESPONSIBILITIES: - Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Assist customers with Insurance policy renewals and underwriting compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS: - 2+ years of experience in customer service preferred.
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Property & Casualty license must currently have or must be able to obtain
- Life and Health license must have currently or must be able to obtain .
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- State Farm Experience - 1-2 years servicing experience preferred
