Title: HVAC professionals
Pay Rate:$31/HR
Hours: Sun - Wed 12pm - 10pm with possible OT, not guaranteed. Some flexibility in shift timing is also needed.
Remote/Hybrid/In-Person:: In-Person
Location: 3800 Via Oro Ave,, Long Beach CA
Assignment Duration: 4 month duration with possible extension
Potential to convert to FTE, If so, what rate : No

Resource's typical working day:

Rounds and readings throughout the day
Preventative Maintenance
Reactive maintenance as needed
This a mainly maintenance role vs IT

Years of Experience needed: 2-3 years

Level of Education: H.S. diploma and Trade school
Systems/Software proficiencies:
Microsoft Office

Certifications/Licenses: EPA 608 preferred

Top Must have Skills:

Mechanical/Electrical
HVAC

Top Nice to have Skills:
Good communication skills

Interview Process:

1st round will be either by phone or Teams
2nd round on-site
