Position Overview

As an HR Intern , you will work closely with the US Senior HR Manager to assist in day-to-day HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to develop practical skills and understand how HR drives organizational success in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-person internship based in our Georgetown Washington, DC office.

Duration:

  • Target Start Date: January 12th or 20th (2026)
  • 32 hours per week maximum (we will work with active school schedules)
  • Maximum three months (90 days)

Pay & Benefits:

  • Paid Internship at $18 per hour
  • Commuter Benefit

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment, including coordinate candidate communications and interview scheduling where needed
  • Support new hire onboarding processes, including preparing materials and tracking paperwork
  • Help maintain employee records and update HR databases
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Support the administration of benefits enrollment and HR compliance documentation
  • Prepare reports and track HR metrics as needed
  • Participate in special projects to improve HR processes

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and proactive
