Are you the next passionate cleaner to join out growing company in Lincoln, NE?

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. Maid to Clean is a family-owned company that currently has 8 TEAM members. We need to hire another passionate cleaner to keep our growing business moving forward.

The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning environments, including residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established cleaning protocols to ensure a clean and sanitized environment for our clients.

If you have kids, this might be a perfect job for you. Jobs are generally Monday-Friday and generally start at 9am. The work day is then usually finished up by 4pm Rarely, we have jobs that last until 5pm or later. Weekly hours worked range from 20 to 30 hours per week and paychecks are issued 2 times per month.

Maid to Clean has been in business since 2018 and has been growing rapidly.

As a House Cleaner for Maid to Clean, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction. This is achieved through paying attention to detail, being personable, following each jobs customized job form on our Jobber App, and invoicing jobs after completion using the App. All cleaning supplies will be provided to set you up for success. You are required to have a smart phone to run the Jobber App and have a Drivers Licenses/reliable transportation/vehicle insurance. You will also be required to pass a background check.

Responsibilities:

*Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
*Execute floor care duties (sometimes on your hands and knees)
*Follow safety guidelines while using cleaning products and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
*Communicate effectively with clients and management to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.

Requirements:

*Stand for long periods of time
*Lift up to 50 Lbs.
*Have a valid drivers license
*Have reliable transportation, vehicle insurance and know how to operate GPS on a Smart Phone
*Live in or within 15 minutes of Lincoln, NE
*Be efficient, effective, and take pride in your work
*Pass a background check
*ENJOY CLEANING
*Proven experience in residential cleaning or related field
*Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
*Customer service skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
