Operating in a complex global landscape with legal, regulatory, and data challenges, we need a transformative leader to navigate legal complexities and drive technological innovation in forensic investigations and electronic discovery. The Global Head of Information Governance will be a strategic executive responsible for leading TikTok's information governance strategy, overseeing forensic investigations, e-discovery, and data governance. They will design and manage a world-class forensic and discovery function, integrating AI, machine learning, and automation, and bridging legal, compliance, IT security, and risk management to protect assets and maximize strategic value. Key Responsibilities Forensics, Investigations, and E-Discovery Develop and implement a global strategy for forensic investigations and e-discovery aligning with legal risk management Create a roadmap incorporating AI, machine learning, and automation into workflows Lead digital forensic investigations for security incidents and legal matters Establish procedures for evidence collection, preservation, and analysis Collaborate with legal and HR on investigations Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders Data Governance Design frameworks ensuring legal compliance, privacy, and evidence preservation across jurisdictions Implement enterprise data policies, standards, and procedures Establish data classification, retention, and access controls Ensure compliance with regulations and privacy laws Align governance with business goals Leadership & Strategy Report to the Head of Global Security, providing risk assessments Build and lead cross-functional teams Develop metrics to measure program effectiveness Advocate for governance priorities at the executive level Qualifications Minimum Experience implementing enterprise legal tech solutions Success integrating AI and automation in legal environments Ability to operate under pressure with limited resources Innovative problem-solving skills Deep knowledge of data privacy and security Experience with insider threat tools and analytics Preferred Advanced degree or certifications in law, computer science, or forensic tech #J-18808-Ljbffr TikTok
