Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our fleet maintenance shop. This role involves supervising technicians, managing preventive maintenance, and ensuring that repairs are completed safely and efficiently. The position also includes budgetary responsibilities, vendor coordination, and the use of fleet management software. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, technical knowledge, and customer service skills.

Work Environment
The work environment is primarily in a shop and garage setting, with a workstation that overlooks the garage. The typical shift is from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
