The candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of family law cases, from inception to conclusion, while working closely with our team of seasoned attorneys and serving as second chair in trials. *This position is 100% onsite* Responsibilities

• Representing clients in hearings and trial.
• Drafting legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, and declarations.
• Conducting thorough and effective client interviews to collect necessary information and provide legal counsel.
• Conducting discovery to obtain relevant information to support the client's legal position.
• Develop your skills in drafting trial briefs and mediation

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Family Law Attorney.
• Active license to practice law in the state of California.
• Proven experience in the courtroom is highly desired.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
