LHH is working with a law firm in the north hills of Pittsburgh to find an estates and trusts paralegal! This firm will consider candidates that are entry level paralegals or coming from a different practice area. This firm offers a collaborative environment, free parking and heath benefits, a 4% 401K match and an early out of Fridays!

Job Requirements

• Work with clients face to face and via phone and email communication
• Familiarity with estate documents and tax returns preferred
• Drafting correspondence and legal documents
• Highly detailed, organized
• Assisting on preparing federal estate tax returns and gift returns
• Organizing and maintaining client files
• Highly proactive with attention to detail, dependable, and extremely organized
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent proofreading skills and clear and concise communication skills
• Positive and professional demeanor

Qualifications:

• Paralegal certificate is preferred or prior experience in a law firm supporting attorneys
• Excellent communication skills
• Clio and Lackner experience is preferred
• High attention to detail
• Trustworthy and ethical
• Client service oriented
