The ideal candidate will have familiarity with SQL, C#, and .NET Framework. A preferred candidate will also have familiarity with some or all of the following:

• Basic system administration
• Fundamental hardware and software experience
• Windows-based and generalized networking
• Windows services
• Object Oriented Programming

Successful candidates will display these work characteristics:

• Must have a positive attitude, desire to learn, and effectively communicate with other members of the company.
• Will be involved in various aspects of hardware, software, employee support and programming for the organization. The position is broad and offers many learning experiences.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities required to identify system and programming issues and subsequently devise solutions.
• An Associates degree or higher in computer science or a related field is preferred. [Compensation will be based on education and experience.]

Job Duties

• Learning/understanding many facets of industry-specific production workflows and backend systems.
• Provide assistance to employees within the department, technical support to other departments as well as operational support in times of crisis or during peak time frames.
• Follow IT/software development policies and procedures, including internal communication/notifications, using, creating and updating system documentation, implementing and upholding best practices, etc.

Requirements

• High school diploma required, college experience or degree preferred.
• Clear interpersonal communication skills required, both verbal and written.
• Ability to understand and utilize technical tools, i.e., project management software, database management software, development IDEs and office productivity products.
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio and Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) preferred.
