About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead the daily field operations of electrical crews on multi-family residential construction sites in the Wyomissing, PA area. This role is responsible for supervising installations, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations, coordinating materials and labor, and maintaining project schedules and quality standards.
The Electrical Foreman serves as the key field representative and plays a critical role in driving productivity, safety, and workmanship throughout each phase of construction.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Lead Electrical Crews - Supervise, direct, and mentor electricians and apprentices on multi-family job sites.
- Ensure all installations are efficient, accurate, and fully code-compliant.
Plan and Execute Daily Work - Review and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications.
- Lay out daily tasks including conduit runs, panel installations, device installation, terminations, and related work.
Ensure Electrical Safety & Code Compliance - Enforce OSHA, NEC, and company safety policies at all times.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure all crew members follow safe work practices.
Manage Job Site Resources - Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory and oversee proper use and storage of job site resources.
Perform Quality Control Checks - Inspect completed and in-progress work to ensure it meets internal standards and project specifications.
- Identify deficiencies and create/complete punch lists as needed.
Track & Communicate Progress - Maintain daily logs, track labor hours, monitor material usage, and update project management teams regularly.
- Communicate issues, needs, and project status updates to the Project Manager or Superintendent.
Problem Solving & Issue Resolution - Identify field challenges early and implement effective solutions to prevent delays, rework, or safety concerns.

Specific Qualifications
Qualifications Education & Experience - High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license (as required by local municipality).
- 4+ years of electrical construction experience, preferably in residential or multi-family projects.
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities - Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, diagrams, and specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple crews and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with technology such as tablets, mobile apps, and project management tools.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Physical Requirements - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Ability to work at heights, on ladders, lifts, rooftops, and in confined spaces.
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, or climbing.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions typical of Pennsylvania seasons.
- Must be able to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
