Position Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative Digital Marketing & Social Media Assistant to support the marketing team across artist campaigns and social content development. You’ll help manage daily social media posting, assist with campaign organization, and contribute to content creation. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves music, lives online, and wants to grow into a marketing strategist role.
Responsibilities
Digital & Campaign Support
• Assist in organizing marketing calendars and social media schedules
• Help set up and monitor paid media campaigns (TikTok, Meta, YouTube)
• Track basic performance data and prepare summary reports
• Support influencer outreach efforts and community engagement
Social Media Assistance
• Draft social captions and gather content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more
• Collaborate with content creators and designers for digital assets
• Research current trends, memes, and formats to help brainstorm content ideas
• Maintain file organization of content and campaign assets
Team Coordination
• Take meeting notes, manage checklists, and update campaign trackers
• Communicate regularly with artists, team members, and collaborators
• Stay current with music and internet culture, contributing ideas and observations
Requirements
• 0–2 years experience in digital marketing, social media, or music-related internships
• Familiarity with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Twitter/X
• Basic knowledge of Google Docs, Canva, and social scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Passion for music and an eye for what’s trending online
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and take creative initiative
Nice-to-Have
• Experience running your own content page or fan account
• Light editing/design skills using CapCut, Canva, or similar tools
• Interest in music business, A&R, or digital storytelling
